How do I get a price or quotation?
Browse the catalogue, tap Add to Quote on the items you need, then send the list via WhatsApp or email. We reply with a formal SST quotation, usually within a few working hours.
Why are prices not shown on the website?
PPE pricing in Malaysia is volume and tender based. We quote per request so you get the correct trade, project or tender price for your quantity — not a generic rate that’s wrong for your order size.
Do you accept LPO and offer credit terms?
Yes. We accept company LPOs and offer credit terms to approved business accounts. Itemised SST quotations are provided for your procurement and finance teams.
Are your products genuine and DOSH-SIRIM approved?
Yes. We source only through authorised channels for Ansell, 3M, KleenGuard, NIETZ and Safety Jogger. Applicable items carry DOSH approval and the SIRIM hologram, with certificates supplied on delivery. No grey-market, no counterfeits.
Can you provide datasheets and certificates before I order?
Absolutely. Request datasheets, test reports and DOSH/SIRIM references on any product page or via WhatsApp, and we’ll send them before you commit — so your audit file is complete up front.
What is your lead time and delivery coverage?
Stock items typically ship within 1–3 working days; indent or large-volume orders are advised at quotation. We deliver nationwide across Peninsular and East Malaysia.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum for most items. We serve both small top-up orders and large project & tender supply. Bulk pricing applies at volume.
Can you supply samples?
Yes — samples are available on selected items, subject to stock. Tick the Request samples box in your quote list, or ask us on WhatsApp.
